2024 Gender Climate Awards The 2024 Gender Climate Awards for achievements in gender equality and climate action within the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) were presented to 15 individuals and organizations from CAREC member countries at a high-level ceremony held in Astana, Kazakhstan on 6 November 2024. The aim of the awards is to recognize individuals and organizations that are making significant contributions to gender equality in the context of climate change resilience, adaptation, and mitigation in Central and West Asia. |
