Narrative description/ Absract of Project objectives

• Building of a local infrastructure to create job positions for the local community of Communa, the poorest region in Fergana valley, with the highest rate of unemployment;
• Create stability in the region;
• Fostering energy efficiency refurbishments of new and existing buildings and promoting the use of sustainable energy sources for domestic heating;

Descriptions of services provided by Unison

• Construction of a medical facility in Communa;
• Installation of photoelectric converters and solar collector wich produces alternative electric energy an alternative way of heating water;
• Training sessions for the local population on utilization of an equipment as well as on energy- efficient technologies and RES;
